How to use every Prabhas SaaS app

Step-by-step guides, straight from each app. Pick an app, search for what you need, tick steps off as you go — or save the guide as a PDF.

One Prabhas SaaS account

  1. Create your account

Sign up once with Google or with your email. The same login opens every Prabhas SaaS app — you never make a second account for the next app.

  2. Add apps when you need them

Each app works on its own. Open accounts.prabhassaas.in to see your apps, subscribe to the next one, or manage what you already have.

  3. Move between apps

Once signed in, the app switcher in the top bar lists your apps. Pick one and you are signed in there too.

  4. Get help from a person

Write to enquiry@prabhassaas.in or message us on WhatsApp at +91-7021503895. A person replies.

Seedha Bill

GST invoices for freelancers and small businesses — correct CGST, SGST and IGST every time, without an accountant.

Open Seedha Bill
1Get started
  1. Create your account

Sign up with your email and verify it — it takes under a minute.

  2. Fill in your business profile

Add your business name and address. A GSTIN is optional: add it if you have one and it appears on every invoice.

  3. Pick a plan when you are ready to download

Building and previewing invoices is always free. An invoice is counted only when you download the final clean PDF. Plans are paid once through Razorpay (UPI, card or netbanking) — there is no auto-charge.

2Make your first invoice
  1. Choose the client

Every client you invoice is saved with a Client ID. Search by name, ID or GSTIN and their details fill in. For a new client, type the details once.

  2. Pick the document type

Issue a GST tax invoice or a bill of supply — you can switch per invoice. Invoice numbers run on automatically.

  3. Add items

Add each item or service with its rate and GST rate. HSN/SAC codes are suggested for your line of work, one tap away.

  4. Let the tax work itself out

CGST + SGST for a client in your state, IGST for a client in another state — decided from the client's state, with the amount in words.

  5. Preview, then download

Preview as often as you like. Download gives a clean, watermark-free PDF.

  6. Send it

Send the invoice straight to WhatsApp or email.

3Save time as you go
  1. Add your logo

On Pro and Max, upload your logo once in your business profile and it goes on every invoice.

  2. Save products you bill often

Store the items and services you use every week so each invoice is faster to build.

  3. Watch the dashboard

See invoices issued, payment collected versus pending, and a GST summary that helps you prepare your filing.

  4. Export your client list

Download your clients as a CSV whenever you need them elsewhere.

4More than one branch
  1. Add a branch

Your account includes the head office; a branch pack (bought once) unlocks more places of business.

  2. Give each branch its details

Each branch keeps its own address and invoice number series. A branch in another state is a separate registration and gets its own GSTIN — and its state decides CGST+SGST or IGST.

  3. Invite branch staff

Invite staff to a branch so their invoices run on that branch's details and numbering.

5Send invoices to your books
  1. Use the same login in Lekhya

If you also use Lekhya, sign in there with the same account, open Connector and switch on 'Connect SeedhaBill'.

  2. Or share a token with your CA

If your accountant keeps your books in their own Lekhya, generate a Lekhya token in Seedha Bill under Settings → Integrations and send it to them.

  3. Your invoices arrive for review

New invoices appear in Lekhya's Review Queue within a few minutes, ready for approval.

6Refunds and corrections
  1. Refund a plan

You can request a plan refund within 7 days of purchase from your account.

  2. Cancel an invoice

To cancel an invoice you have issued, raise a credit note against it.

Lekhya AI

GST-compliant double-entry accounting that fills itself in from your invoices — no CA degree needed.

Open Lekhya AI
1Get started
  1. Create your account

Go to lekhya.prabhassaas.in/register and sign up with Google (no password to remember) or with your email. You get a 14-day free trial, no card needed.

  2. Set up your company

Settings → Company: your registered trade name, GSTIN, business type, state (which decides CGST+SGST or IGST) and fiscal year (April–March by default).

  3. Add customers and vendors

Accounting → Accounts → New Account. Customers are 'Sundry Debtor', vendors 'Sundry Creditor'. Add their GSTIN and state. A full Indian chart of accounts is already loaded.

2Invoices
  1. Create an invoice

Accounting → Invoices → New Invoice. Pick the customer — the GST rate works itself out.

  2. Add line items

Name, quantity, rate, HSN/SAC and GST rate for each item.

  3. Save or post

'Save Draft' keeps it editable. 'Post to Ledger' locks it and creates the accounting entries, and it appears in your GST reports.

  4. Share it

Download the invoice PDF or email it to the customer.

3Bank reconciliation
  1. Download your statement

From your bank's internet banking, as CSV, Excel or a text-based PDF (scanned PDFs are not supported). Start with one month.

  2. Import it

Banking → Reconciliation → Import Passbook. Choose the bank account, upload the file, map the date, debit, credit and narration columns once — Lekhya remembers the mapping.

  3. Review the matches

Lekhya matches bank rows to your entries by date and amount. Confirm the matches and look at anything marked 'Needs attention'.

  4. Resolve what is left

For an unmatched row, create a journal entry (bank charges, interest), link it to an existing entry, or mark it as not in the books.

4Books from Seedha Bill and Samvaad
  1. Connect Seedha Bill

Connector → switch on 'Connect SeedhaBill' (same login), or 'Connect with Token' with the token your client generated.

  2. Review incoming invoices

They land in Connector → Review Queue before anything is booked.

  3. Approve

Approve creates the journal entry and GST records. Nothing is posted without a person saying yes.

  4. Connect Samvaad

One button on the connector page links Samvaad to Lekhya; your products then reach Samvaad's item catalogue.

5Move from Tally
  1. Export from Tally

Tally Prime: Import & Export → Export → Masters (XML), then Vouchers for your date range. Tally ERP 9: Gateway → Data → Export → XML, all masters and vouchers.

  2. Upload to Lekhya

Accounting → Tally Migration → Upload XML. Check the preview and the group mapping, then Start Import.

  3. Verify

Compare Reports → Trial Balance with Tally's for the same period — the totals should match to the rupee. The import log lists anything that failed.

6Double entry, in plain words
  1. Every rupee tells two stories

Each transaction touches at least two accounts: a sale raises what the customer owes you and your sales revenue.

  2. Lekhya writes the entries for you

Posting an invoice debits receivables and credits sales and GST payable; recording a payment clears the receivable.

  3. Corrections are reversals

A posted entry is never edited. To fix a mistake, reverse it and post the correct one — your audit trail stays whole.

Lekhya Pramaan

Lekhya's edition for Chartered Accountants — your practice and every client company in one firm login.

Open Lekhya Pramaan
1Get started
  1. Enable Pramaan

Pramaan is a plan for practising CAs and CA firms. Contact us to enable it on your account, then open pramaan.prabhassaas.in.

  2. Add your clients

Manage every client company from one firm login. Each client has its own separate set of books, with everything in Lekhya ERP Pro underneath.

2UDIN register
  1. Log a UDIN

Enter the membership number, document type and key figures; Pramaan formats and logs the UDIN.

  2. Find one later

Search by client, date range or document type to see every UDIN issued from your account.

  3. Revoke with a reason

Marking a UDIN revoked keeps a full trail.

  4. Export the register

Download the complete UDIN register as PDF or Excel for your records.

3Audit reports
  1. Start a report

Tax audit (3CD with 3CA/3CB), statutory, internal or compilation — linked to the client's Lekhya data.

  2. Review and certify

3CD clauses are filled from the client's ledgers; you review and certify.

  3. Issue under your name

Reports go out as white-label PDFs under your practice's name.

4Compliance calendar and DSC
  1. See every due date

The calendar maps GST, TDS, PF/ESI and income-tax due dates to your client list.

  2. Assign and track

Assign tasks to your team and mark them done; reminders arrive before each deadline.

  3. Watch DSC expiry

The DSC vault tracks each client's digital signature and when it expires.

Sign in with Google at shilp3d.prabhassaas.in. The first fourteen days are the complete tool, free.

2Draw
  1. Use real sizes

Walls, doors and windows are drawn at real construction sizes and real drawing scales, with smart snapping.

  2. Change and watch it follow

Place MEP symbols for electrical, plumbing, HVAC and fire.

3Check and measure
  1. See it in 3D

Preview the same building in 3D, roof and parapet included.

Analyse reports plot area, ground coverage and floor area ratio, and flags any wall in the margin.

  3. Take off quantities

Measure quantities straight off the drawing into a bill of quantities.

4Import and export
  1. Bring in AutoCAD work

Import DXF — blocks, curves and layers come in, not just the walls.

  2. Export

Export to DXF, PDF and SVG. Exports are never restricted.

Samvaad

Send a message, get an invoice. Type a bill, photograph a supplier's bill, or fill a form — it all lands in Lekhya for approval.

Open Samvaad
1Install
  1. Download the app

On your Android phone (Android 7.0 or newer), open samvaad.prabhassaas.in and tap Download APK. If Chrome warns about the file type, tap 'Download anyway'.

  2. Allow the install

Open the file. If asked, allow 'Install unknown apps' for Chrome or Files — once only.

  3. Sign in

Use the Google account or email you use for Lekhya. Samvaad is free for Lekhya ERP and Lekhya Pramaan subscribers and their team members.

  4. Update later

Newer versions install over the old one and keep your data.

2Bill by message
  1. Type it the way you would say it

For example: #bill 4 chairs @2000 to Ravi Traders 18%.

  2. Check before sending

Samvaad reads the customer, items, rates and GST and checks them against your own item list. You see the tax breakdown before anything is sent.

  3. Send to Lekhya

It waits in Lekhya for your accountant's approval. Once approved, the invoice PDF comes back to you ready to share.

3Scan a supplier's bill
  1. Photograph it

One page or up to eight.

  2. Review the entry

It is read into a purchase entry. You are told if it is addressed to another company or was already filed.

  3. Send for approval

As with a sale, nothing is booked until a person approves it in Lekhya.

4Fill in a form
  1. Type a GSTIN

The business fills itself in from the GST registry. A mistyped GSTIN is caught on the phone, and you are told which character is wrong.

  2. Pick items

Choose items by SKU or name; totals are worked out for you. Then send.

5Safety
  1. Your phone's lock

Samvaad asks for your fingerprint, face or phone PIN when opened, and blocks screenshots.

  2. AI only proposes

You confirm in Samvaad; your accountant approves in Lekhya. Nothing posts without a person.

Desk

Desk, the AI office suite, is being built. It is not available yet — join the waitlist on its page to hear when it opens.

A manual will follow when Desk opens.

Nothing in the manual matches that. Try another word, or ask us.
