Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of Prabhas SaaS apps, including Seedha Bill. By creating an account or using the apps, you agree to these Terms.

Starter template. This document is a reasonable starting point for Prabhas SaaS, not legal advice. Have it reviewed by a lawyer for India's DPDP Act, GST and consumer rules, and fill in the bracketed details before going live.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and, if using the apps for a business, authorised to act on its behalf.

2. Your account

Provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
You are responsible for activity under your account.
Your business profile may lock once set, to keep your invoices consistent and misuse-proof.

3. Acceptable use

Use the apps only for lawful business purposes.
Do not create false, fraudulent or misleading documents.
Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or misuse the service.

4. Plans, payments & credits

Seedha Bill plans are one-time purchases, not subscriptions — there is no auto-renewal.
An invoice is counted against your plan only when you download the final PDF; building and previewing is free.
Payments are processed by our secure payment gateway. Prices are in INR and include GST; we may change pricing for future purchases.

5. Intellectual property

We own the apps, brand and software. You own the content and invoices you create, and you grant us only the limited rights needed to store and process them for you.

6. Not professional advice

Prabhas SaaS apps are software tools. Seedha Bill helps you produce GST-format invoices but is not a tax, accounting or legal advisory service. You are responsible for verifying GST rates, GSTIN details and the correctness of your filings — consult a qualified professional where needed.

7. Availability & liability

We work to keep the apps available and accurate but provide them “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

You may stop using the apps anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or the law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Pudukkottai, Tamil Nadu having jurisdiction.
