Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Prabhas SaaS (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects your information across our apps, including Seedha Bill and future Prabhas SaaS apps.

1. Information we collect

Account details you provide: name, email, business profile and GSTIN (if any).
Content you create: invoices, clients, products and related business data.
Payment information: processed securely by our payment gateway — we do not store your full card details.
Usage and device data: basic logs needed to run, secure and improve the service.

2. How we use your information

To provide and operate the apps and your account.
To process one-time plan payments and issue receipts.
To provide support and respond to your requests.
To improve reliability, security and features.
To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations in India.

3. Your rights (DPDP Act, 2023)

In line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, and may withdraw consent where applicable. To exercise these rights, contact our Grievance Officer at admin@prabhassaas.in.

4. Sharing & processors

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the product — such as our payment gateway and our cloud and database providers — under appropriate safeguards, and with authorities where required by law.

5. Storage & security

Your data is stored on secured servers with access controls and row-level security, and is encrypted in transit. We aim to host within India where feasible. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

6. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active and for as long as needed to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

7. Cookies

We use only the cookies and local storage needed for sign-in, sessions and core functionality. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

8. Children

Prabhas SaaS apps are intended for users aged 18 and over and are not directed at children.
